App Description

Every anxious flyer deserves a calm, steady companion — one that's already loaded and ready before the wheels leave the ground.

Flying can feel overwhelming. The sudden rumbles, the mysterious dings, the drops you didn't expect — your nervous system is working hard to keep you safe, even when you don't need it to. Steady is a warm, reassuring companion built for exactly those moments, whether you're sitting at the gate or somewhere over the Atlantic.

Every sound, voice, and screen in Steady is pre-loaded on your device. Airplane mode is completely fine. No Wi-Fi, no signal, no problem. Everything you need to move from panic to calm is already there, waiting.

When anxiety spikes mid-flight, one tap on the SOS button launches guided 4-4-4-4 box breathing with a soothing, unhurried voice. There's no fumbling through menus or hunting for settings. Just one button, and calm begins immediately.

The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise walks you gently through your senses, anchoring your mind back to the present moment. Soft haptics pulse as glowing constellations guide each step — giving your racing thoughts somewhere quiet to land.

Not sure why a heavy metal tube stays in the air? Jello Plane is a soothing visual that shows you, simply and beautifully, how air itself holds the plane aloft. Understanding what's happening beneath your feet is often the most calming thing of all.

Every cabin noise explained. Engine hum, the seatbelt ding, landing gear locking in, the bumps you can't quite place — What's That Sound? lets you tap any noise to hear it and understand it. The unknown is what frightens us. Knowledge brings calm.

When you need your mind somewhere else entirely, the left-brain distraction arcade steps in. Subtract by 7 and Color Match are small but surprisingly powerful — they occupy exactly the part of your brain that fuels anxiety spirals, giving it something else to do.

After every flight, Steady generates a vintage-style Bravery Boarding Pass — a shareable keepsake celebrating what you just did. Collect them, share them, look back at how far you've come. It's a small, joyful ritual that turns every landing into something worth celebrating.

Steady also tracks live flight progress, keeps a history of every flight you've completed, and builds bravery streaks that remind you of your own resilience.

You don't have to white-knuckle it anymore. D
