Every grade is built from four factors. No brand paid to influence any of them.

Third-Party Testing — 35%
NSF International, USP, Informed Sport, and Labdoor certifications. No certification = lower
score. A confirmed fail = zero. These organizations test what's actually in the bottle, not what
the label claims.

Ingredient Forms — 30%
Magnesium oxide absorbs at roughly 4%. Magnesium glycinate absorbs at 80%+. Cyanocobalamin is
synthetic B12 your body must convert; methylcobalamin is ready to use. We grade every key
ingredient on bioavailability and research backing — not marketing claims.

Dose Transparency — 20%
"Muscle Matrix Blend: 4,000mg" spread across 8 ingredients tells you nothing. You can't know if
you're getting an effective dose of anything. We penalize proprietary blends heavily.

Contamination History — 15%
