TapeTab - PDF Study & Review

Turn your PDFs and images into active recall practice. Cover an answer, try to remember it, then tap to check.

TapeTab helps you study with the material you already have: lecture notes, worksheets, vocabulary lists, formulas and labeled diagrams. Place tape over the parts you want to learn and start reviewing right on the page.

## STUDY WITH EDU MODE
Work through covered areas one at a time. Reveal the answer, then choose “I knew it” or “Review again.” Answers you knew stay visible; those you want to revisit are covered again. Review just those areas, or start a fresh round with all your tapes.

## KEEP YOUR MATERIAL TOGETHER
Save PDFs and images in your Library, find files by title or tag, and filter for files with items left to review. Your tapes and self-assessments are saved with each file.

## MAKE THE TAPE YOURS
Draw, move and resize rectangular tapes. Adjust their color and opacity to suit your page. Tapes stay in place as you zoom and navigate.

## REVEAL AT YOUR OWN PACE
In Read mode, tap individual tapes to reveal or hide content. Use it for self-study, tutoring or explaining a diagram step by step.

## EXPORT A NEW COPY
Export a PDF or image with the tapes applied while keeping the original unchanged. Interactive reveal and study features work inside TapeTab.

New to Edu? A short, hands-on tutorial walks you through revealing, assessing and reviewing.
