OvaKind: PCOS Tracker

OvaKind is a calm PCOS pattern tracker for irregular cycles, symptoms, medications, supplements, metabolic context, TTC notes, and appointment prep.

Built for diagnosed or suspected PCOS, OvaKind does not assume a 28-day cycle and does not send late-period panic alerts. It helps you notice patterns at your pace, then turn your logs into notes you can review before a clinician visit.

Core tracker features:

- Irregular, absent, or changing cycles
- PCOS-related symptoms such as acne, hair changes, brain fog, fatigue, pelvic pain, GI symptoms, and sleep disruption
- Mood, energy, sleep, stress, and daily context
- Medications, supplements, and custom treatment notes you choose to log
- Basic TTC and metabolic notes when you choose to use them
- Appointment questions and a basic clinician summary

OvaKind keeps the core tracker useful without forcing pregnancy or fertility tracking. TTC tools are opt-in, and reports are always reviewed by you before anything is shared.

Privacy-first by design:

- Check-ins and notes are stored on your device
- Reports are never shared automatically
- You can clear local app data from the Privacy Center
- Reminder language stays gentle and avoids pregnancy assumptions unless you explicitly choose TTC tools

OvaKind Pro requires an optional subscription purchase and unlocks deeper longitudinal insights, advanced report controls, optional TTC/metabolic depth, advanced reminders, report history, and polished PDF sharing. The core tracker includes onboarding, daily check-ins, basic tracking, basic insights, the Privacy Center, and a basic clinician summary.
