CALCULATION METHOD:
Materials are calculated based on standard fence construction practices:
- Posts: based on fence length and post spacing
- Rails: 2 or 3 per section
- Pickets (wood): based on standard 3.5 inch width with 0.25 inch gap
- Panels (chain link, vinyl, metal): one per section
- Concrete: 1-3 bags per post based on fence height
- Default prices based on average US market rates
