Fourshadow

Fourshadow is a quiet, atmospheric almanac for the year unfolding around you. It tracks the seasons at your exact location, points out what's happening in nature this week, shows you what's worth looking at tonight, and gives you a small daily practice for staying present to all of it.

The home screen is a generative sky over the place you stand — sun where the sun actually is, moon where the moon actually is, season-appropriate light and ambient particles. As the year turns, the sky turns with it.

WHAT TO WATCH
A hand-curated almanac of what's changing in nature near you, keyed to your hemisphere, climate zone, and stage of the season. Bloom timing, bird arrivals, foliage shifts, the angle of late-afternoon light. Tap a card for a longer field-guide entry with where to look, when to look, and how to identify what you're seeing.

TONIGHT
A second almanac for after dark. A computed highlights card pulls together tonight's facts — moon phase, the end of astronomical twilight, active meteor showers, ISS pass nudges. Below it, a curated month-by-month editorial section: what's overhead right now, the bright star to find, the constellation just rising. Includes a live sky map with real planets and satellite tracks.

THE PHENOLOGY WHEEL
A year-of-photos rendered as a twelve-spoke wheel — a slow, visual diary of your year in nature. Drop a cover photo into each month as it passes. Pinch, pan, and rotate the crop. Build multiple wheels per year. Look back at five years of wheels and watch the seasons repeat themselves a little differently each time.

CREATIVE CYCLE
