• Pipeline tracking. Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer, Decision. Color-coded status pills, search, status filters, and a "What's pressing today" banner that surfaces follow-ups due, interviews tomorrow, and offers awaiting your reply.

• Companies view. Group your applications by company. Card grid with a stable color logo per company, role count, most recent status, and last contact. Drill into a company to see every role you have applied to there.

• Insights dashboard. Funnel chart of your pipeline, response rate, time-in-stage averages, and (Pro) a weekly trend line, source effectiveness breakdown, active-vs-closed comparison, and historical filters.

• AI follow-up emails. Tone picker (Polite, Direct, Warm, Reserved) and context picker (Just applied, No response, Pre-interview thank-you, Post-interview thank-you, Offer-pending nudge).
