1. Tap record and speak naturally — no structure needed. Talk about your day, a difficult conversation, or just what's on your mind.
2. Revera transcribes and analyses your words using AI. You get a structured insight: a situation summary, emotional themes, key patterns, a gentle reframe, and a suggested next step.
3. Over time, Revera notices patterns you can't see in a single entry — stress spikes, emotional cycles, recurring triggers. This is where it becomes genuinely useful.

**PRIVACY BY DESIGN**
Your voice is processed for transcription and then discarded — Revera never stores your audio on its servers. Your reflections sync privately to your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. Nobody else can access your data.
Audio recordings are automatically deleted from your device after 30 days. Only the transcript and insight are kept.
Revera is not a medical or mental health service. It is a personal reflection tool.
