App Description

One floor plan. Every tool.

Kaleidoscope is a serious floor-plan app that stays out of your way. Draw a building, scan a real room with LiDAR, or turn a photo into an editable plan - then layer seven specialist tools onto that single drawing without ever touching the original.

Everything reads the same live plan. Edit a wall and your 3D view, fire-escape routes, CCTV cones and WiFi heatmap all follow. One drawing, many deliverables - no redrawing, no learning CAD.

DRAW & SCAN
- Rooms, layered walls, doors, windows, openings, lights and radiators, in real metres
- Draw a whole building floor by floor, with shared walls that snap and connect
- Scan a room with Apple RoomPlan on a LiDAR-equipped Pro iPhone or iPad - processed on-device and tidied into a clean, editable plan (importing scans works on any supported device)
- Smart Draw turns a photo, PDF or plan into editable rooms, walls, doors and windows on-device - you tick the rooms you want. Generated drawings are drafts; check key dimensions in the app.

SEE IT IN 3D
- A lit 3D model built straight from your 2D plan - real wall thickness, doors, windows, floors, furniture and lights, with no modelling
- Walk through it in first person before anything is built
- Realistic materials, a time-of-day sun, plus 20 door and 24 window styles

SEVEN OVERLAYS, ONE PLAN
Every tool reads your live drawing, follows your edits and leaves the clean plan untouched:
- Fire Escape - lay out escape routes, exits and signage using familiar safety symbols (in-house recreations based on the international ISO 7010 set) for an advisory per-floor PDF
- Fire Alarm Zones - colour rooms by detection zone and place common fire-detection device types onto loops, with panel markers
- CCTV & Security - position cameras and devices with indicative line-of-sight coverage cones that stop at walls and pass through glass
- WiFi Coverage - a material-aware coverage estimate across 2.4/5/6 GHz; a modelled estimate, not a measurement, so survey critical areas on site
- Network & IT - map outlets to patch panels, switches and VLANs, with cable runs, rack elevations and CSV reports
- 3D - the lit, walk-through model described above
- Marketing - drag-to-arrange brochures with a Brand Kit, photos and Apple Pencil notes

SURVEY & EXPORT
- Versioned Survey mode: snapshot a drawing and log numbered, photo-backed observations across repeat inspectio
