ONE DAILY SCORE
Each practice earns up to 20 points a day. The default daily target is 42, and you can change it. The scoring rewards spreading your practice, not maxing out one thing.

Connect Apple Health and your runs, walks and workouts import as exercise automatically, so your score reflects the training you already do.

This is a wellness tracker, not medical advice, and it does not measure autophagy. It tracks practices associated with cellular renewal. Talk to your doctor before starting any new fasting, training, or cold-exposure practice.

PRIVACY
Your logged sessions and any Apple Health data the app reads stay on your device. The app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, aggregate usage analytics, and Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app installs and advertising performance. Neither carries your name or account.
