The Standard Tutor Appraisal covers 15 criteria across Teaching Delivery & Style, Candidate Management and Feedback Quality. The OSCE Assessor Appraisal covers 15 criteria across OSCE Station Delivery, Evidence Log Completion and Assessor Write-Up Quality — designed for appraising assessors who conduct Objective Structured Clinical or Competency Examinations.

Build your own framework
Create custom frameworks from scratch. Add sections, name criteria, write per-score guidance text, mark critical criteria, and set section weighting. Save multiple profiles and switch between them instantly — the form, progress tracker, radar chart and PDF all update to match.

Intelligent RAG grading
Sections and the overall grade are automatically rated Red, Amber or Green. A Red section forces the overall grade to Red. Configurable override flags force a Red grade when any criterion falls below a threshold you set, regardless of other scores.

Evidence-based scoring
Each criterion is scored 1 to 5 with built-in guidance text at every level. A quick-insert toolbar above the keyboard speeds up note-taking in the field.

Professional PDF reports
One-tap PDF generation with a cover page showing overall result, section scores and assessor details. Every criterion is printed with score, guidance and comment. The PDF reflects whichever framework was used — OSCE assessments produce an OSCE report, standard assessments produce the standard report. A full audit log is printed on every report.

Versioning and audit trail
Revisions always preserve the original. Every save and edit is timestamped with author and change note, visible in History and printed in the PDF.

GDPR compliance toolkit
The Privacy tab shows all tutor data held on device. The right to erasure permanently deletes all records for a named individual and generates a deletion confirmation PDF citing Article 17 UK GDPR. All data is stored locally only — nothing is transmitted externally.

Designed for professional use
Default assessor name, qualifications and signature are applied automatically to every new appraisal. Section cards show completion status and RAG grade at a
