App Description
RHOIDS does one thing: it helps you get off the toilet on time.
Long bathroom breaks are easy to turn into phone-scrolling sessions. RHOIDS gives you a clear timer, simple presets, and reminders on the screens you already use so you know when it is time to get up.
The app is based on a simple idea backed by real medical guidance: spending less time sitting on the toilet is better for your body. A 2025 Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess study published in PLOS One linked smartphone use on the toilet with a 46% higher risk of hemorrhoids. The same study found that 37% of phone users spent more than five minutes per bathroom visit.
RHOIDS helps you break that pattern without turning it into a whole wellness routine.
