How many calories am I really eating today? Track every meal in seconds with Counter44, a calorie counter and food diary. No ads, no account needed.

Set up once during onboarding: enter your sex, age, height, weight, activity level, and goal direction. Counter44 computes a personalized daily calorie target using Mifflin-St Jeor BMR with an activity multiplier, then splits it into protein, carbs, and fat at 30 / 40 / 30 by default. From the Today screen, log meals from a bundled 7,200-row USDA food database, add your own custom foods, or quick-add a manual kcal and macro entry.
