Workspace Sync delivers your company's directory to your phone — and keeps it always current.

When your organization uses Workspace Sync, the colleagues your administrator has shared appear on your phone: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department. No manual adding on your part. As your company directory is updated — people join, change roles, or update phone numbers — those changes flow through to your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in with your work Google account. If your organization uses Workspace Sync, your colleague directory appears immediately. No setup required from you.

PRIVACY & DATA
We only sync directory data your administrator has chosen to share. Sensitive fields — internal phone extensions, manager hierarchy, custom HR data — can be hidden by your admin. We never access your personal email, calendar, or files.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
If your organization isn't yet using Workspace Sync, your IT admin can learn more at workspace-sync.com — setup takes 15 minutes via a read-only service account, no MDM required.
