Most apps cover conjugation. This one covers what happens when you wave down a beach vendor and he answers in slang you've never heard, at a speed that makes no concessions to tourists.

Before each conversation, you get a short intro with the context that actually matters, that vendors often charge foreigners more, that the Delegacia do Turista has English speakers on staff, that you can negotiate. Then you pick your responses and see how the dialogue branches.
