App Description

GLPTrack is the companion app built specifically for people on weekly GLP-1 injection therapy. If you take Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, or generic semaglutide or tirzepatide, GLPTrack is the simple, focused tracker designed around how these medications actually work — not retrofitted from a calorie-counting app.

— PROTEIN FLOORS, NOT CALORIE CEILINGS —

Most food apps shout at you about calories you didn't eat. On a GLP-1, that's stressful and counterproductive — your appetite is suppressed by design. GLPTrack flips the model: you get a daily protein goal and a hydration goal. The aim is to hit those minimums, not to chase a calorie target you physically can't reach. Once the floor is met, you're done. No guilt.

— WEEKLY INJECTION TRACKER —

- One-tap shot logging with date, dose, and injection site
- Weekly reminder so you never miss your dose
- Visual injection site rotation across abdomen, thigh, and arm — see at a glance which site you haven't used recently
- Dose history with clear escalation timeline
- A gentle prompt when you've held the same dose long enough that many users escalate (always discuss with your healthcare provider)

— PROTEIN & HYDRATION GOALS —

- Two beautiful progress rings that fill as you log
- Quick-add tiles for the foods YOU actually tolerate well — no bloated food database, no barcode hassle
- 2-tap meal logging built for the days when nothing tastes right
- Water quick-add (+250, +500, +750 ml) with daily reset

— SIDE EFFECT & SYMPTOM JOURNAL —

- Log nausea, fatigue, constipation, reflux, headache, bloating, and appetite changes
- Severity scale 1 to 5
- Patterns appear in your weekly chart, so you can spot what to avoid and what to bring up at your next appointment
- Premium: cross-reference symptoms with meals you logged in the 6 hours prior to spot personal triggers

— PROGRESS WITHOUT OBSESSION —

- Weight log with a clean trend chart (1M, 3M, 6M, All)
- Start weight, goal weight, and your trajectory at a glance
- Phase awareness: Active and Maintenance modes
- In Maintenance, the focus shifts to protecting muscle mass: protein floor stays high and strength-training reminders kick in — because the toughest part of GLP-1 therapy comes when you reach goal and stop the medication

— DOCTOR-READY EXPORT (Premium) —
