BotBoard

BotBoard brings your robotics scouting team together around one clear, up-to-date view of the competition.

Capture robot capabilities, performance, strategy notes, and match context as timestamped evaluations. BotBoard keeps the latest team profile easy to scan while preserving the full season history behind it, so your organization can see what changed, when it changed, and who observed it.

BUILD A SHARED SCOUTING PICTURE

Record structured team evaluations from the stands, pits, or practice field. Start from the latest known profile and update only what changed. Review recent observations, season history, notes, and trends by team. Organize work by season, event, team, and organization.

TURN OBSERVATIONS INTO STRATEGY

Rank teams in a collaborative alliance pick list. Track availability, selection status, notes, and evaluation evidence. Create field playbooks with touch-friendly drawing tools and game-element markers. Compare red and blue alliance totals with an unofficial score calculator. Browse an unofficial quick rules reference with links to the official source.

KEEP YOUR ORGANIZATION COORDINATED

Invite members into a private organization workspace. Assign organization roles and team captains or editors. Manage organization teams, rosters, seasons, and events. Keep scouting records available across iPhone and iPad.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

BotBoard workspaces are limited to invited organization members. BotBoard has no advertising, tracking, public posting, or direct messaging. Account and content reporting controls are built in.

BotBoard is an independent, unofficial scouting and strategy tool. Its score calculator and quick rules reference are provided for planning and convenience only. They are not official rulings, referee tools, or substitutes for the current official VEX Robotics Competition game manual.
