App Description
PlateMath is a private, on-device meal estimation tool for quick food-photo calorie and macro awareness.
Take a meal photo and PlateMath gives you a readable estimate with item breakdowns, calorie ranges, macros, confidence notes, history, reminders, and weekly trends. Version 1.2 adds a pro-grade Estimate Audit so you can understand how much trust to place in a photo-based estimate before you save it.
PlateMath helps you:
- Photograph a meal and get a fast local estimate
- Review calories, protein, carbs, and fat
- See a low-to-high range instead of a false exact number
- Check confidence for each detected food
- Use the Estimate Audit to review range width, macro cross-checks, hidden-calorie risks, and uncertain foods
- Save meal notes and history locally
- See weekly calorie and macro trends
- Schedule optional local meal reminders
- Review public nutrition references from USDA and FDA sources
PlateMath does not require an account, subscription, ads, analytics, or a developer server. Photos and meal history stay on your device.
PlateMath is for general informational use only and is not a substitute for professional dietary or health guidance.
