In **Pairs**, log **declutter sessions** with a **before** still and an **after** still. Add a short note or **voice caption** so you remember what shifted. Open any session to **compare** photos and replay recordings with simple play/pause controls.
**Cadence** turns effort into **streaks** and a **weekly chart** of sessions so progress feels real. Keep quick reflections in the built-in notepad when you want words without pressure.
Your entries and media are stored **on device**. Image and audio files are copied under the app’s documents folder; only **relative paths** are saved so updates stay reliable. **Privacy Policy** is available inside the app.
