App Description

RLX brings a calmer rhythm to Apple Screen Time on your iPhone. Choose what can wait, set the boundary that suits your day, and return with intention. No account, in-app purchases, subscription, or paywall.

Your phone is useful. It does not need every spare moment.

PROTECT WHAT CAN WAIT

• Choose apps, categories, and websites in Apple’s own Screen Time picker.
• Turn protection on now, at set times, or with a daily limit.
• See which protection layer is active and adjust your choice when your day changes.
• For one app, RLX shows the name and icon Apple makes available. For a larger or mixed choice, RLX summarizes the labels Apple provides.
• Ordinary protection has a deliberate way out. Choose Locked only for a temporary, clearly stronger commitment.

PAUSE BEFORE OPENING

Choose individual apps you want to open more deliberately. When you open one, RLX gives you a brief pause. If you continue, that same app stays open for 15 minutes.

BUILT INTO YOUR IPHONE

Use RLX from widgets, Control Center, Shortcuts, the Action button, or an NFC sticker you set up yourself. Put a brief pause where it is most useful to you.

CALM IN YOUR OWN WAY

Rest, sleep, writing, and movement live alongside Screen Time. Use a short exercise, a breathing moment, a thought, or a walk when it genuinely helps. No subscription or paywall.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No account, ads, analytics, or tracking.
• Your data stays on your iPhone by default.
• An optional, limited iCloud copy keeps eligible settings, tasks, Child Mode, and progress in your own Apple Account.
• RLX does not send your data to its own servers.
• RLX uses Apple Screen Time to apply the choices you make.

CHILD MODE ON THE DEVICE

Child Mode runs locally on the child’s iPhone. A parent manages the boundaries there with a local PIN and Apple Family Sharing. RLX has no server or remote monitoring.
