App Description
The inspector is at the door. Can you prove it?
If a health inspector, fuel auditor, OSHA officer, or a lawyer ever asks "show me your records," the answer shouldn't be a panicked dig through a back-room binder. Troth keeps your proof ready before anyone asks.
Troth is one app — a compliance and evidence back-office for independent convenience-store and gas-station owners. It covers the four regulators that can fine you or shut you down:
- Food safety
- Fuel and underground storage tanks (UST / EPA)
- Tobacco and alcohol age-restricted sales
- OSHA workplace safety
For a hands-on owner, one surprise inspection or one slip-and-fall claim can mean a fine you didn't budget for or a lawsuit you didn't see coming. Troth helps you stay ready, stay reminded, and hold defensible proof that you did the right thing.
WHAT TROTH DOES EVERY DAY
- Per-regulator checklists — clear, repeatable checks for each area, in plain language.
- A "% current" dashboard — see how current each store is. Green means ready; red means fix it first.
- Reminders that keep you ahead — so you catch a missed temperature log or expired check before an inspection, not after.
- Time-stamped records — when someone says "show me your records," you pull them up instead of digging.
FOUR REGULATORS, ONE APP
- Food safety: temperature logs for coolers, freezers, and hot cases; cleaning and date checks.
- Fuel & tanks (EPA / UST): tank and dispenser checks; leak and spill inspection reminders.
- Tobacco & alcohol: age-verification routines and a record that shows you carded the customer.
- Workplace safety (OSHA): hazard walkthroughs; slip, trip, and fall checks; a record of the steps you took.
THE EVIDENCE VAULT — YOUR PROOF, SEALED
This is what sets Troth apart. Every check can carry a photo taken with the in-app camera. The moment you capture it, Troth runs a SHA-256 hash and locks it into an append-only chain — so each record is sealed, time-stamped, and tied to the one before it. If a record is ever altered, the chain shows it. That is what tamper-evident means.
It's the difference between saying you did the temp check and showing it: the photo, the time, the seal.
THE LEGAL-READY PACKET
Sued over a slip-and-fall? Accused of selling to a minor? Failed audit on the books? Troth assembles a legal-ready litigation packet built around the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE 902)
