App Description
ParkSignal is NYC street parking, solved. Live AI reads city traffic cameras every 30 seconds to 2 minutes and shows you where spots are open right now, before you circle the block.
LIVE STREET PARKING
Green dot = open spots on that block. Tap any camera to watch the live feed and confirm the spot yourself before driving over. Zone-by-zone parking rules under every feed, turn-by-turn directions to the spot, and alerts when a spot opens near you.
GARAGES — WHEN THE STREET IS FULL
Switch to Garages and see 2,100+ licensed NYC garages and lots. Tap one for live prices via SpotHero — this garage side by side with cheaper options steps away — and book without leaving the app. Apple Pay supported. ParkSignal doesn't charge you anything; we just provide the data.
RULES — EVERY CURB, DECODED
The city's own sign database, drawn on the map: every stretch of curb color-coded — blue metered, orange street cleaning, red no stopping. Tap for the exact posted signs. Then tell it "I need parking until Thursday 6 PM" and the map hides every curb where cleaning, bans, or meter limits would bite before then. Only in ParkSignal.
ALTERNATE SIDE, HANDLED
ASP calendar with suspensions, plus an 8 PM reminder the night before street cleaning — and a heads-up when ASP is suspended so you can skip the move.
An honest note: AI readings are estimates, not guarantees — that's why every camera shows its live feed, and every rule links its actual signs. Verify before you park; we make that a two-second job instead of a twenty-minute one.
Coverage today: Manhattan, camera density strongest on the Upper East Side, rules citywide-Manhattan, garages in all five boroughs. Growing weekly — request your block in Settings.
Free. Made in NYC by one person who was tired of circling.
