Tallowe is a private, on-device ledger for contracted U.S. book authors and game developers who want to track that gap. You record what you expected and what the publisher reported, period after period, and Tallowe builds the variance record you would need to exercise your contract's audit clause.

Every figure is yours. You estimate your expected sales and royalties; you copy the reported numbers from your paper statement. Tallowe connects to no publisher, platform, or outside data source - it makes no network request and runs no automatic import. It is a manual record-keeping and reference tool: it determines no underpayment, predicts no audit outcome, and performs no audit.
