Doom Walk: Dopamine Detox

Doom Walk is the app blocker that makes you earn your scroll.

Your distracting apps stay locked. Your steps unlock them. Walk to earn screen time, then spend it on the apps you choose. When the minutes run out, they freeze again. No willpower needed, just your legs.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps that steal your day: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, games, anything. Doom Walk locks them with Apple's Screen Time.
2. Walk. Every step adds minutes to your balance, at an exchange rate set by a short quiz.
3. Spend them. Unlock one app or all of them for 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
4. Time's up? The apps freeze again until you walk some more.

WHY IT WORKS
- Every scroll now costs steps, so the habit you want to break pays for the habit you want to build.
- A dopamine detox without going cold turkey: you still get your feed, you just earn it first.
- Stop doomscrolling, beat brainrot and touch grass, all with the same walk.
