App Description

Know what is due, record what happened, and move on with your day. This private medication organizer brings reminders, dose history and supply awareness together without asking you to create an account.

CLEAR WHEN YOU NEED IT
• Build unlimited daily, selected-day, interval, cycle and as-needed medication routines
• Respond to local reminders with Taken, Snooze or Skip
• View today’s doses and a chronological history with calm, factual language
• Track the amount remaining from recorded doses and set your own low-stock threshold
• Check notification permission and review upcoming alerts scheduled on your device
• Export a portable local backup or CSV history and import a compatible backup

LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY
Medication names, notes, schedules, dose records, stock counts and care profiles stay on your iPhone. There are no ads, no account and no tracking of your medication data.

The free core includes unlimited medications and reminders. Optional Pro purchases unlock deeper insights, local care profiles and personalization. Pricing and eligibility are provided by Apple.

This app is for routine support and personal record keeping. It does not diagnose, check drug interactions, recommend a medication or dose, or replace your doctor or pharmacist. Reminder delivery depends on device permissions and settings.
