TWO MODES
• Pause — a 10-second breath before you decide. If you still want in, you get in: 5 minutes, then the block returns.
• Lock — no way out until the schedule ends. Turning it on asks for confirmation, because there's no going back.

Your apps and your usage stay on your device. We send only anonymous statistics about how the app works — never who you are or what you block. Sossego uses Apple's Screen Time API: the apps you pick are identified by codes not even we can read.
