The BEA UK Mobile app allows you to manage your bank accounts and to find information about our products and services from the palm of your hand. You do not need to be a BEA customer to use the app but you will need to log in with your credentials to enjoy our Mobile Banking service.
Mobile Banking Service Features:
- Fast and secure login with biometric authentication
- View account balance and make transaction enquiries - Make domestic/overseas payments with i-Token service*
- E-statements are available online for up to 5 years
- View/create/amend fixed time deposits
- Manage payees
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- View and amend scheduled transfers/payments
- Make cross-currency transfers
- Change PIN
- View summary of direct debit instructions
- View webmail messages
*If logging in via SMS One-Time Password, payments are restricted to pre-registered payees only.
