Faithful Reps is a Christian fitness accountability app that helps you turn workout intentions into faithful action. Set a time, care for your body, and build consistency with grace.

BUILD A FAITHFUL RHYTHM
• Follow guided setup for your purpose, schedule, coaching, and reminder preferences.
• Choose clean Christian coaching: Grace, Steadfast, and Discipline, with optional Resolve after workout time.
• Use text or female or male spoken reminders, plus optional Accountability Alarms on supported iPhones.
• Begin with air squats or push-ups using optional camera tracking or manual confirmation.

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
• Generate powerlifting, HIIT, cross-training, or surprise routines.
• Match training to your experience, time, focus, difficulty, and equipment.
• Create, save, edit, and reuse your own workouts.
• Follow four-week training programs with Scripture, optional prayer, and private reflections.

START WITH A FRIEND
• Invite one friend to share a start time while each of you keeps your own workout.
• Review an invitation before accepting its time and moving your next workout and reminders.
• Share Ready, First set logged, and Finished check-ins.
• After finishing, optionally share one photo or a video up to 15 seconds with a short caption. Preview it and confirm before anything uploads.
• Report a concern, optionally include the shared photo or video for private support review, or block a partner in Partner Safety.
• Remove your own moment or end the shared start for both people. Shared access expires 24 hours after the agreed workout time.

TRACK FOLLOW-THROUGH
See completed workouts, history, streaks, and earned badges. Missed a day? Return to your next commitment without shame. Your worth is not measured by a workout or streak.

YOUR PRIVACY
Exercise-camera frames are analyzed on your device and are never saved or uploaded. Optional shared photos and videos use a separate capture or selection flow and explicit upload consent. The sharing service stores the agreed time, participant identifiers, check-ins, and any media and caption you choose to share. A friend may save or capture what they view.

Reports share your chosen reason, details, and the selected partner caption with support; including media and recorded sound is optional. Reports are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Random in
