ERNow HK opens with one safety question: could the situation be life-threatening? If yes or you are not sure, you can call 999 immediately (iOS shows a system confirmation). If not, you can view Accident & Emergency waiting information from Hospital Authority open data.

URGENT CARE
• Shows the source update time; stale data is clearly labelled and wait values are hidden when outdated
• Sort by hospital name, published waits, or approximate distance (distance needs your optional location permission)
• View published triage-category statistics and percentiles (not a personal wait prediction)
• Open maps for navigation and share a user-selected ETA
• Search AED locations from Fire Services Department open data
• Extra-large text and Cantonese read-aloud controls

LEARN — LITTLE RESCUER
Offline learning: rescue vehicle garage, siren quiz, call-for-help lesson and Give Way game. Learning content is for education and play only and cannot replace real emergency help.

SIREN ALARM
User-created siren alarms delivered as notifications (including a short burst of follow-up notifications), snooze, and an optional capped torch flash (off by default; flash only while the ring screen is open). Notification permission is required; the silent switch may still mute alerts. This is not a substitute for the system Clock app and is not guaranteed to wake you.

ADS & REMOVE ADS
New users get 10 ad-free uses. On the 8th use you may be invited to support the app. From the 11th use, free users may see ads (Google AdMob). A one-time Remove ads purchase (about US$1.99; App Store shows the local price) permanently removes ads. Restore purchases is available in Settings.

PRIVACY HIGHLIGHTS
No account. No medical records stored. HA/FSD public-data requests do not include your location or medical information. Optional approximate location is used on-device only for distance sorting. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to show ads after the App Tracking Transparency prompt, unless you purchase Remove ads.
