App Description

Pass your ACLS the first time.

340 questions, 15 rhythm strips you can actually read, and megacode scenarios โ€” all written against the current 2025 guidelines. No account, no signal, no ads.

Recertifying and short on time? Open the app and take a practice test in ten minutes.

EVERY TOPIC ON THE WRITTEN EXAM
โ€ข Rhythms & ECG Recognition โ€” free and unlimited, with all 15 strips
โ€ข ACLS Algorithms โ€” cardiac arrest, bradycardia, tachycardia, post-arrest
โ€ข Pharmacology โ€” every drug, dose, route and indication
โ€ข Post-Arrest, Airway & Team โ€” ROSC targets, capnography, airway, team dynamics
Nothing is "coming soon" โ€” every deck above is in the app today.

READ EVERY RHYTHM
Rhythm recognition is where most people lose marks, so that deck is free. Normal sinus, sinus bradycardia and tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, monomorphic and polymorphic VT, coarse and fine VF, asystole, an organized PEA trace, and second- and third-degree block. Every strip renders full width on a proper ECG grid โ€” a clean tracing, not a photocopy of one.

MEGACODE SCENARIOS, TIMED
The megacode sitting walks one patient through five scenario rounds โ€” read the rhythm, pick the algorithm step, choose the drug, choose what comes next โ€” against the clock. There is a full-length timed mock as well.

BUILT ON THE 2025 GUIDELINES
The 2025 cycle changed answers that were taught for years: intravenous access before intraosseous, atrial flutter cardioversion at 200 J, five back blows before abdominal thrusts for adult choking, routine mechanical CPR no longer recommended. Every question records the guideline edition it was written against, so nothing here goes quietly stale.

SMART REVIEW REMEMBERS YOUR MISSES
A five-box spaced-repetition system brings each question back right before you would forget it. Misses jump the queue with the explanation and the guideline behind them.

NEVER LET YOUR CARD LAPSE
Certification comes around every two years and it is easy to lose track. Enter your card expiry date and the home screen counts down, with a recert reminder as the window opens. First-timers can set an exam date instead.

OFFLINE, PRIVATE, NO ACCOUNT
Free download, no sign-up, no email, no ads. The whole app works with no signal. Progress stays on your phone. No patient information is collected or entered anywhere.
