Arya: Kids Bedtime Stories

Arya turns whatever happened in your child's day into a bedtime story with their name in it — written, narrated, and ready to play in about a minute. And when you'd rather reach for something already told, there's a library of Indian folk tales, epics and fables, retold for children growing up far from where the stories began.

Built for parents at 8pm. No ads, ever.

STORIES FROM THE CULTURE, NOT ABOUT IT
Panchatantra fables, tales from the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and folk stories from across India — retold for ages 3–12 in language a child born in Boston or Birmingham will follow. The values arrive inside the story, never bolted to the end as a lesson.

MADE FOR YOUR CHILD, BY NAME
• Add a child — name, age 3–12, and an avatar
• Their name and age shape the hero, the vocabulary and the ending
• Each child gets their own library, listening stats and day streak
• Build one story for two siblings at once

A STORY FROM TONIGHT'S ACTUAL DAY
• "What happened today?" — one line of context is all it needs
• Choose a world: adventure, animals, space, folk tales and more
• Choose a lesson: sharing, courage, honesty, patience
• Choose 5, 7 or 10 minutes
• Save your own worlds and lessons for next time

NARRATED IN FOUR LANGUAGES
English, Hindi, Gujarati and Hinglish — read aloud, not just written. For families raising bilingual children, the Hindi narration is the whole point.

A PLAYER MADE FOR BEDTIME
• Sleep timer — the story fades out, the room stays dark
• Playback speed for younger listeners
• Background play with lock-screen controls
• Picks up exactly where you left off
• Download for flights, car rides and patchy Wi-Fi

BEDTIME REMINDERS
Set one time. Arya nudges you, quietly, at the same moment each night.

FREE
15 stories from the library, the sleep timer, and one personalised story — enough to hear what it sounds like with your child's name in it.
