London Ballet Classes

London Ballet Classes makes high-quality ballet training accessible, welcoming and inspiring for adults of all experience levels, from your very first plié through to advanced technique, pointe and classical repertoire.

The LBC app is your home for discovering classes, workshops and special programmes designed specifically for adult dancers. Explore a clear progression pathway from Absolute Beginner to Beginner, Improver and Intermediate/Advanced, alongside opportunities to develop artistry through variations, repertoire, pointe work and focused technique sessions.

Our teaching combines strong classical foundations with an adult-specific, anatomy-informed approach, helping you understand not only what you are doing, but how and why. Classes are structured to build confidence, coordination, musicality, strength and artistry in a supportive environment where adults can learn seriously without needing to have danced from childhood.
