ShieldArc RingBook is a professional iOS engineering record tool for shield tunnel construction, TBM advancement, segment ring assembly, and simultaneous grouting operations. The application's core principle is "a complete archive for every ring," integrating tunneling progress, segment configuration, jacking stress, grouting records, and installation passports into a clear, traceable workflow, helping field engineers organize and view construction data more efficiently.

Core Functions

• Drive Tunneling Management: View current mileage, ring number, daily progress, advancement speed, and equipment status; quickly switch between engineering records through interactive ring sequence views, and manage alignment deviations, shift handovers, data sources, and project basic information.

• Ring Segment Ring Assembly: Display key blocks, standard blocks, joints, bolts, locating pins, and gasket paths in a ring-shaped engineering diagram. Supports segment status checks, damage location marking, material batch maintenance, assembly sequence recording, and ring completion verification.

• Jacking Tracking: Displays the force, stroke, and grouping information of each jack using a 12-point ring force diagram. It records the start and end strokes, compares the force distribution in four directions, views historical trends, and retains a complete jacking session record for each ring profile.

• Grouting: Records injection port, pressure, volume, time, and current status through a four-port visualization interface. Supports grouting sequence editing, theoretical and actual volume comparison, mix ratio reference, batch passports, and historical ring profile reverse tracing.

• Logbook Ring Profiles: Automatically summarizes ring number, mileage, ring type, installation time, personnel, material batch, jacking data, grouting data, and construction timeline. Supports ring search, QR code identification, material genealogy, installation node editing, and PDF passport generation and sharing.
