Recording never needs the internet. Position, speed and altitude come from the phone's own GPS and barometer, and every trip is saved on the device. The map fills in when you reconnect.

HONEST ABOUT ITSELF
Every trip shows how many samples it captured and how good the fix was. Satellite speed from a phone is an estimate, and RoadTrace says so rather than pretending otherwise.
