RESET: Gambling, Betting Block

The urge to place one more bet hits fast — open the app, load the odds, tap deposit. RESET gets between you and that moment.

HOW IT WORKS
RESET is built first for gambling and sports betting — but covers whatever else pulls you toward a screen too:
• Gambling & Casino *
• Sports Betting *
• Social Media *
• Anything Else *

When you try to open a blocked app, RESET doesn't nag you — it stops you, and offers a short breathing exercise instead. That's the trade: not a timer, not a "5 more minutes" button. Finishing the breathing exercise doesn't unlock the app. Blocked stays blocked. The exercise is the alternative, not a key.

WHY RESET
Built for people actually trying to stop gambling — not a generic app blocker with a casino category bolted on. RESET runs on Apple's Screen Time technology, so it works at the system level, not just inside one app. No shame, no red flashing warnings, no lecture. Just a calm pause built into the moment you're most likely to place the bet.

RESET is a self-help tool and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you're struggling with gambling, please reach out to a licensed healthcare provider or a helpline such as the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-GAMBLER).
