App Description

ShiftCount is a private, offline ledger for hourly and shift workers. Log your shifts, see the gross pay you expect from your own pay rules, and compare it with what you actually received.

Nights, weekends, overtime and shifts that cross midnight make pay hard to check. ShiftCount keeps an independent record on your phone, shows how every estimate was worked out, and flags what changed.

LOG SHIFTS FAST
• Month and day views with quick add
• Multiple shifts a day and overnight shifts
• Confirm scheduled times against the hours you actually worked
• Unpaid breaks, duplicate warnings and a repeating rota cycle
• Reusable day and night templates

ESTIMATE YOUR GROSS PAY
• Your base hourly rate
• Up to three time or day premiums, such as nights or weekends
• A weekly overtime threshold
• A line-by-line breakdown of how every total was reached

CHECK EACH PAY PERIOD
• Expected gross for weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycles
• Enter the gross amount you received and see the difference
• Period history with saved calculation versions
• See exactly which lines changed between versions

KEEP YOUR RECORD
• Note where each pay rule came from: contract, policy, payslip or your own assumption
• Export a one-period PDF with optional redaction
• Machine-readable record export
• JSON backup and restore

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up
• Your shifts and pay stay on your device
• Works fully offline
• Optional crash reports, which you can turn off in Settings

ShiftCount shows estimates based on the rules and times you enter. It is not payroll software or legal or financial advice, and it does not decide what an employer owes you.
