AI CREDITS
Cloud AI uses AI credits from optional one-time credit packs, separate from Pro. RoomLedger asks first and sends only what each feature needs: photos with faces blurred and location removed, room and item details, or the text of what you said, never the recording. Never names, addresses, signatures or the lease.

MEASURE EVERY ROOM
• LiDAR room scan on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro; other models measure with AR and by hand

WALK THROUGH ROOM BY ROOM
• Move-in, move-out and periodic walkthroughs with a ready checklist for each kind of room
