Stido helps parents of children aged 6–12 explore enjoyable movement together, notice changing interests and make room for varied experiences without rankings or pressure.

EXPLORE TOGETHER
Choose from 12 activities for home or outdoors. Each includes simple steps, equipment, the parent's role, an easier variation and safety reminders. Suggestions run on your device and explain why an activity was selected.

REMEMBER THE EXPERIENCE
Keep a local journal with optional answers about enjoyment, willingness to repeat and suitability. Edit or delete entries and review the past seven days without scores, streak penalties or comparisons between children.

READ AND REFLECT
Read eight short parent guides and two educational modules about sports and nutrition genetics. Sources and limitations are included. Genetic testing cannot determine a child's ideal sport or future success. The app does not receive DNA files or interpret test results.

YOUR CHOICES
Use Persian or English, light or dark appearance, and an optional local reminder. Core features work offline. No account, advertising, subscription or in-app purchases are required.
