RECORD INFUSIONS​

The Hizentra App can make it easy for you to record infusions. Just scan the QR code with your device’s camera and record details such as infusion sites. With improved scanning, the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and form size will be automatically captured.​

​TRACK​

With the Hizentra App, every infusion you log becomes a digital record of your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number or keywords from your past infusions. The Hizentra App lets you share your infusion data as a PDF.​

DATA​

​WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) can occur with immune globulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors include: advanced age, prolonged immobilization, a history of blood clotting or hyperviscosity (blood thickness), use of estrogens, installed vascular catheters, and cardiovascular risk factors. If you are at high risk of blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the minimum dose and infusion rate practicable and will monitor for signs of clotting events and hyperviscosity.
