MySequence is a focused app for looking at DNA sequencing data on your iPhone and iPad. Open a file, see what the sequencer saw, and decide whether your reaction worked, wherever you are.
AB1, ABI AND SCF FILES
• Opens .ab1, .abi and .scf files, even when they arrive as zipped mail attachments
• Inspect the chromatogram and view or edit the raw data
• Extract the DNA sequence and base positions
• Translate the sequence into an amino acid sequence in the frame you choose, to check a cloning or mutagenesis result right away
• Export the sequence, the translation and a high-quality PDF report via email, AirPrint or to other apps
