My OA Toolkit (OAT) is a recovery companion built for members of Overeaters Anonymous (OA). Work the 12 steps, track your recovery milestones, and strengthen your program from compulsive eating, all from your phone.

Built by Nathan, in recovery via the 12 steps since 1996. This app was created to support the kind of daily stepwork that keeps us grounded in the program.

FOOD JOURNAL & PLAN OF EATING TOOL

Use the Food Journal to log everything you eat throughout the day, your personal plan of eating tracker. At the end of the day, email your food log directly to your OA sponsor from within the app. Review past entries to identify patterns in your eating habits and recognize what may have triggered compulsive overeating on a certain day.

GRATITUDE LIST

Build a daily or weekly gratitude practice to support your recovery from compulsive eating. Research by psychologists Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough shows that regular gratitude journaling increases happiness, energy, and optimism, all essential for recovery.
