PALETTE PLAZA Store Prints App (Short Name: 店プリ for iOS)

Quickly and easily order prints at Palette Plaza, the No. 1 photo service chain, with photos taken on your iPhone.

This app allows you to select images stored on your iPhone or iCloud.


Feature 1: "Order Prints"

You can easily order photo prints anytime, anywhere. After completing your order, just provide your order number at the store to receive high-quality photo prints on the spot.

[How to Use]
From the home screen, tap the "おうちで注文予約" button and select your images.
Specify the size and quantity, then tap the "注文する" button.
Once the images are successfully sent, your order is complete.

[Important Information]
Additional fees apply based on the number of prints ordered when you pick up your photo prints.
The prints will be prepared after confirming the order number, so depending on your order size and store congestion, it may take some time to receive them.
Orders are not accepted at non-participating stores. Please verify participating stores within the app.
For large orders, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.


Feature 2: "Send Images to In-Store Reception Machine"

Select the images you need and send them via Wi-Fi or cloud to the in-store reception machine. This feature supports all services available at the in-store reception machine, including photo prints, photo books, and custom goods.

[How to Use]
From the home screen, tap the "お店で注文" button and select your images.
Choose either "店頭受付機へ送信" or "クラウドへ送信"
Follow the instructions on the reception machine's screen.

[Important Information]
If using "店頭受付機へ送信" Wi-Fi setup will be required.
If using "クラウドへ送信," a Wi-Fi connection is recommended.
Note: Some devices may not be supported.
