On the move and in real time you can enter, manage and close your service calls. By logging in, each technician displays the assigned calls on the Assist app with different display modes. In each call you can enter: services provided, materials used, attachments, customer signature and stamp, fill in checklists and record takings and payments. At the end, in just a few seconds, the intervention report is automatically processed and sent by e-mail to the customer, the technician and the company manager. The data entered in the app are synchronised with the Assist ERP. All data of the interventions performed can be accessed via the history function.
WORK ALSO OFFLINE WITH ASSIST
The app can also be used in offline mode: you can fill in the pages and close the service job; the data will be synchronised automatically when the signal is available again.
COMPILE A PERSONALISED CHECKLIST FOR EACH MACHINE
Through the Assist ERP you can build a checklist that your technicians can fill in from the app. By type of service activity, system and machine type, it is possible to define a list of information which, once filled in by the technician, is stored on the service call. The certification document is sent by email to the customer (together with the intervention report); each type of checklist can be combined with a different, fully customisable print template.
