The RTD Transit Watch app is instrumental in providing our customers with multiple means of communication with RTD for quality of ride issues, comments or compliments about our transportation system with a convenient direct call button and a simple to use form to submit electronically. We are dedicated to their comfort and an enjoyable travel experience. Our customer service phone and app lines are monitored 24/7 and we pride ourselves on our speedy response to our customers' needs.The RTD Transit Watch app is designed for use throughout the RTD system, including underground stations. In areas without cellular or Wi-Fi service, the app will store information that is sent by the user and will resend it when cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity returns. The RTD Transit Watch app contains awareness training information.
