SCAN - the scan function allows you to digitize your documents quickly and in high quality. The automatic edge recognition and image enhancement ensure optimal results.
INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS - fileee analyzes your documents and automatically recognizes important information such as sender, document type (invoices, contracts, etc.) and deadlines.
ORGANIZE - fileee organizes your documents according to type, date, document type (invoice, contract, etc.) and tags. No more time consuming searches for documents.
REMIND - fileee reminds you of upcoming deadlines, such as payment terms.
TAG - you can add your own tags (keywords) to your document and create your own categories to find your documents even more quickly.
FULL-TEXT SEARCH - fileee recognizes the entire text of a document. Using the search bar, you can search for any word in the text to find a specific document.
SHARE - easily share your documents via e-mail.
Create COMPANY PROFILES - using the sender information in your documents, fileee creates company profiles. This way you not only have all documents from one company together, but you also have all of the important information regarding the company at hand.
