Verify suppliers before claiming input VAT. Scan documents, approve, get alerts.

InputGuard holds back input VAT until the supplier and the supply have been verified, as FTA Decision No. 13 of 2026 requires from 1 October 2026. It collects the evidence, checks it and keeps the record the Federal Tax Authority can ask for.

With the app you can:
• Scan trade licences, VAT certificates, bank letters and invoices with the camera: the pages' edges are found for you and saved as one PDF.
• See which invoices are on hold and why, and what each supplier still needs to send.
• Get a notification when a supplier sends documents, changes bank details, or new invoices go on hold.
• Search suppliers, invoices and pages.
• Lock the app with your fingerprint or face.
