Wajab mobile application is an application for services requesters to express their opinions about the services provided by the services providers in terms of problems, improving the services, or even expressing thank-you messages about the received serveries.
The service requester can submit the following via the application:
1. A problem with the service provided
2. Suggestions for improving the services provided
3. Thank you and appreciation message for the services provided
The service requester will also track the status of all submitted opinions and monitor their current status and whether the problems they submitted have been resolved.
The system also offers the ability to evaluate problem solutions and a notifications system to monitor the status of each submitted problem.
