Through a simple, science-backed system, you'll build awareness of your patterns, reduce anxiety and overthinking, and respond with clarity instead of reactivity.

HOW BRAIN RESET WORKS

1. Track negative thoughts
When something bothers you, walk through a guided flow: describe the situation, your first thought, the emotion it triggered, and how intense it feels. Then analyze whether the thought is accurate, find a more balanced version, plan what to do, and reflect on how you feel after. You'll start recognizing cognitive distortions—catastrophizing, self-criticism, mind reading—and rewiring them.

2. Notice positive moments
Train your brain to see what's good. Log positive moments to counterbalance the natural negativity bias and build a more balanced perspective over time.

3. Morning check-in
Start the day with mood, energy, sleep quality, a focus question, and an affirmation. Set a clear intention so you're less likely to be swept away by automatic reactions.

4. Evening review
