This is a very simple QR-code and barcode scanner tool. Its only function is to scan various barcodes and display the data string as text so you can visually inspect its contents.

Free app for Android.

It can be useful as a URL checker, allowing you to visually compare a text link to its QR-code counterpart.

This app does not connect to the internet or collect any personal data, track your location, display ads, or allow digital purchases.

It will not link to URLs, open files, join wireless networks, or perform other operations depending on the encoded data. It only displays the encoded data as text.

For example, it does not allow you to scan a QR-code containing a URL and then open a browser to visit that URL. It will only display the URL as text.

It does not generate barcodes or QR-codes.
