MyHealthAccess is a secure, user-friendly mobile application that connects patients with their healthcare providers through the Virtual Health Platform (VHP). Designed to support ongoing healthcare management, the app enables patients to view and complete care tasks, record and share health observations, join video consultations, and message their care team in real time. MyHealthAccess also supports integration with approved medical devices and health monitoring tools, such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters and body scales allowing patients to track vital signs, activity, and fitness progress seamlessly.

With features that promote active engagement, wellbeing tracking, and personalised healthcare management, MyHealthAccess helps patients take control of their health journey while staying connected to their clinicians. Device compatibility: MyHealthAccess can optionally connect to approved Bluetooth-enabled medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, and body weight scales. These integrations allow users to automatically upload readings for monitoring by their healthcare team. Users who do not have these devices can still use MyHealthAccess to manually record their readings, view care plans, and communicate with clinicians.
